2019 Presidential Election
USPSA Headquarters
Jun 30, 2019

On July 1, 2019, USPSA’s new election provider, Election America, will begin distributing voting credentials for all eligible voters.  To be an eligible voter you must be a United States citizen and have a valid membership prior to May 1 of the current election year.  Ballots must be cast between July 1, 2019 and 5pm Pacific time, August 1, 2019, per bylaw 6.5.

As in the past, all ballots will be cast via an on-line system.  Election America will issue a unique voting credential that will be included on the voter information card and email being sent on July 1st.  With this unique ID and PIN, ballots may be cast at the web site indicated on the voter information card and email.

Eligible members will not need the mailed post card or email, members can log into the USPSA.org website, click on the VOTE NOW link, and will be redirected to a secure voting portal operated by Election America. This site will authenticate the member’s eligibility to vote by cross referencing the unique voter ID information, and allow those that have not voted to vote.

Communication from Election America will be as follows:

  • Post card voter information mailed July 1st
  • Email containing unique voting credentials 9am Pacific time July 1st
  • Reminder email to “get out and vote” July 17th
  • Reminder email “last chance to vote” July 31st
