2021 USPSA Re-affiliation Process for Clubs
USPSA Headquarters
Dec 01, 2020

As a reminder, the re-affiliation process for USPSA and Steel Challenge Affiliated Clubs will began on December 1, 2020.  Similar to last year, you will need visit USPSA.org and select the Club Resources tab.  A Club Staff Member (someone that has been assigned a role in the club profile section) will need to be logged into the website to access the Club Re-Affiliation link to start the re-affiliation process ( https://uspsa.org/reaffiliate ).

If your USPSA club is also affiliated with Steel Challenge you will be also be able to do the re-affiliation for your SCSA club online.

For 2020, Affiliated Clubs were required to hold a minimum of seven USPSA matches, with four separate matches offering at least one classifier stage.  Please ensure that all of your match results and activities have been uploaded for 2020 before you start to re-affiliate. We understand that under the unique situation we have found ourselves in this year clubs may not have been able to hold the minimum required matches. It is our intention to re-affiliate all USPSA and Steel Challenge clubs for 2021. If you were unable to hold the minimum please follow the steps and request an exemption for your affiliation.

If your USPSA affiliated club met the requirements and all of your matches were reported and fees paid, you will be able to automatically re-affiliate.  If not, per the bylaws, you will be able to request an exemption in the provided field on the website.  Please include all details including a link to your Practiscore results, and the information will be reviewed for consideration.  A copy of the request will be sent to your Section Coordinator to authorize your request for exemption.

All matches that were held as USPSA affiliated club matches for the 2020 calendar will need to be reported and activity fees paid before the February 15th deadline to avoid a late fee.  After March 15th the affiliate will be terminated and will be required to affiliate as a new club.
