Paul resides in southeast Ohio and has been shooting USPSA since 1986. He received his RO certification in1995, CRO in 2003, and RM in 2006. He was recruited to be a Range Master Instructor in 2016. In addition to teaching NROI seminars Paul is still very active in shooting and officiating USPSA matches.

Paul has served as Statistician and Match Director for the USPSA matches run at the Miamisburg Sportsmen’s club in Miamisburg, Ohio, and was IROA certified for 10 years and worked IPSC matches until he accepted the Range Master Instructor position and he let his IROA certification expire.

Prior to competing in USPSA matches Paul competed in NRA Bullseye Pistol matches for 20 years.
