The 2026 Pan American Handgun Championships in Aruba is in August 2026, and we are commencing planning for the event. Early planning give you the opportunity to get ahead of the pack, organize tickets and hotels, and plan your 2026.

The PanAmerican will be held at the Wela Shooting Range in Savaneta, Aruba.
Opening Ceremonies are on Aug 25, and the main match is Aug 26 to Aug 30.
The match will be 24 stages, six stages/day over four days with the awards ceremony on Aug 30, 2026. Round count 464.

For those paying attention, this is the week following the USPSA Racegun Nationals at Cardinal. I have made arrangements with the match to accommodate us arriving late - more on that later.

This IPSC match is open to all USPSA members. We will be sending Division and Category Teams, and team will be based on the 2025 Handgun WS.

That said, we are likely to receive enough slots for anyone to go that is interested in shooting an International Level 4 match. This is a great opportunity for many of our members to participate in an international major match, as this is “our” Intercontinental Championship.

There are many flights into Aruba, which is about four hours out of Miami. The island is known for its tourism and festive atmosphere. The range is a short drive from the airport, as are many hotels and house rentals.

They are expecting 600 competitors from 20 countries. Something to note. Island time can be different. Be prepared for long dinners and a super chill environment.
