USPSA Match uploading and submission process is now easier than ever for clubs

We have done away with the cumbersome process of obtaining an upload file and made the process much easier overall.  You can now simply select your match from a list of recently uploaded matches instead of having to download the match results file. We have also improved the match verification process making this part easier as well. Please see the below instructions for full details. New Upload Process
First, ensure you have uploaded your match to Practiscore.com and it is showing on the Practiscore Results Page. Then Login to USPSA.org, click Club Resources, then Match Results Upload. This will bring you to the new upload page.

Step 1: A welcome message will be shown and you will click Next Step.

Step 2: On this step you will need to select the submission type. This can be either a new submission or a resubmission. If this is the first time submitting the match to USPSA you should select new submission, otherwise if you have already submitted this match to USPSA previously select resubmission.

Step 3: Then you need to select your match level.  If you select Level 2 or 3, an additional selection box will appear and you will need to select the match that you are uploading. This is require for all level 2 and 3 matches. If you do not see the Level 2 or 3 match that you are trying to upload you need to contact the club contact for the club that submitted the Form C or contact USPSA support.

Step 4: On this step you will select the club where the match was hosted. If you do not see the right club, you will need to contact the Club Contact for the club or contact USPSA Support.

Step 5: On this step you will need to select your match from Practiscore. The list that is shown on step 5 is a list of matches recently uploaded to Practiscore. If your match is not shown in the list, you will need to use the search bar on Step 5 and enter your match name as shown on the Practiscore Results Page.  Once you find your match in the list simply click it. This will automatically move you to Step 6.

Step 6: On this step you just need to confirm all show details and ensure everything is correct. This is very important and you should take time to verify all information on this page before submitting. Once all information is confirmed, simply hit submit match.

Once your match upload is complete you need to proceed to the verification process. This process has been significantly improved to be less sensitive and more clear. Please take time to verify each and every match as this is vital to ensuring your match competitors get the proper credit for your club’s matches.

Once verified, you can proceed to the payment process.
