Team USA Brings Home Gold from 2025 IPSC PCC/Mini Rifle World Shoot

Znojmo, Czech Republic - May 28, 2025 - Team USA delivered an unforgettable performance at the first-ever, 2025 IPSC PCC/Mini Rifle World Shoot, held May 12–25 in Znojmo, Czech Republic. Competing against elite athletes from over 30 countries, Team USA proudly returned home with multiple gold, silver and bronze medals, along with multiple top-10 finishes, demonstrating the depth and talent of the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) community.

A Golden Performance for Team USA

Team USA claimed four team golds in the following divisions:

• PCC Optics Overall Team Division
• PCC Optics Lady
• PCC Optics Super Senior Team
• PCC Irons Team

Gold on the individual podium:

• Gold - Junior PCC Optics: Migz Valencia
• Gold - PCC Optics Grand Senior: Jerry Miculek
• Gold - PCC Optics Lady: Justine Williams
• Gold - PCC Optics Super Junior: Sophia Byrum
• Gold - MiniRifle Open: AJ Anthony
• Gold - PCC Iron: Brian Nelson

World-Class Individual Finishes

While Pavol Zencar of Slovakia was the overall match winner, Team USA dominated the leaderboards with impressive performances in the PCC division:

• Silver - 2nd Place – Max Leograndes with 2,497 points
• 4th Place – Kyle Litzie, 96%, 2,419 points
• 8th Place – Justine Williams, shooting on the Overall Team, with 2,355 points
• 9th Place – Zack Smith
• 10th Place – Scott Greene

These finishes showcase not only the exceptional caliber of U.S. shooters but also the depth of competition at this world-class event.

The USA sent a delegation of 87 competitors to the World Shoot, the largest group ever to travel to an international event outside the USA.

Team USA’s achievements reflect the thousands of hours of preparation, coaching, and community support that power the nation's competitive practical shooting programs. The 2025 World Shoot was another powerful reminder of the excitement and precision of practical shooting on the international stage.
